A Gold Sellers Kit includes an information leaflet detailing two simple it is to sell your gold. It also includes a prepaid Special Delivery envelope to allow you to post your gold to us free of charge. This is fully insured up to £500. (See Q4)

Yes and the best part is that you are under no obligation to send us your gold once you have requested your Gold Sellers Kit . The Gold Sellers Kit contains a prepaid envelope for you to send us your gold by Special Delivery at the post office.

Yes. Your Gold Sellers Kit is insured for up to £500 providing you return your gold to us using the Free Special Delivery Envelope included. Any claim however must be made direct to the Royal Mail. For further information please feel free to contact us.

If you are concerned about putting your jewellery in the post, providing you have returned your Gold Sellers Kit to us using the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service, your jewellery is insured for up to £500. Any claim however must be made direct to the Royal Mail.

If your gold items exceed £500 in value we recommend that you either:

• Seperate your gold and apply for another Gold Sellers Kit or
• Pay an extra insurance fee at your local Post Office.

If you have one item that has a value of over £500 we recommend that you speak to your local Post Office to ensure that your item is fuly insured.

An email will be sent to you keeping you informed at every step of the process. You can also check the progress of your application at any time by entering your unique reference number in the Track Your Pack link.

If you would prefer not to wait for your Gold Sellers Kit you can send your gold to us in your packaging. We do suggest that for your peace of mind that you use Royal Mail's Special Delivery service.

Yes. The gold calculator however gives a price for the weight only. If you would like to discuss selling your diamond rings, please contact us and we will be glad to advise you of how best to proceed.
